What an amazing start to our 5th year at Sonntag! So much as been going on in the library this year!! The NEW Coyote Reading Club program was launched. 2x2 & Bluebonnet Reading Clubs are now in full swing. 4th grade attended the Lone Star Storytelling Festival. Students have also been checking out books, learning about the databases, and even got a sneak peek at new books to the Book Fair as well as some old favs in the library during the first Book Tasting. Check out the photos below! :)

Our 4th graders attended the Lone Star Storytelling Festival that was hosted by the Frisco Public Library. The students had a blast listening to the variety of unique storytellers. Sonntag was even represented by one of our very own 4th graders who was hand-picked to share her story on stage!! Go Sonntag!!!

Check out the beautiful stage at the Dr. Pepper Center in Frisco where the storytellers shared their beautiful songs and stories!!

3rd Graders got a "taste" of some of the most underrated books from the dustiest shelves in the library. The students completed a short "Book Tasting" brochure as they rotated from table to table. It was interesting to watch them look through books that they didn't even know existed in the library.
