This week, students in 1st through 5th will have an opportunity to participate in the Sonntag library's first annual 'Book Blast.' Each class will come to the library and check out their first round of books for the 2012-2013 school year. The goal is to get books in to the hands of as many students as possible the first week of school. It will be so exciting! Happy reading! :)

Happy end-of-summer, Sonntag Reading Peeps! I hope y'all have had a wonderful summer. I loved having so much time to read! I wanted to share with you some of my summer reading favorites. The Book of AWESOME

Contains brief essays in which comedy writer Neil Pasricha shares his observations on some of the little things in life that make people happy, such as popping bubble wrap, solving the "Wheel of Fortune" puzzle first, and seeing someone laugh in their sleep.
