Battle of the Books is Back!!!!!

It's back!!!!! Battle of the Books 2017 starts Friday, May 5th!!! 

Sonntag students, teachers, and parents can vote as MANY times as they wish for each round of books. You do not have to vote on every match-up to participate. The winners of each round will be announced weekly until the final week of school!!

Check back tomorrow to find out which books made the cut!! A link will be added to the right side of the blog so YOU can begin voting.

Attention Sonntag Readers!!!!!! Battle of the Books is back and better than ever!!!!

The books that will battle for the next few weeks were chosen because they were the most requested and/or placed on hold the most often throughout the entire school year. Students, teachers and parents may vote on the books during Round 1 as many times as they wish until the end of the school day on May 7th. That day, the votes will be counted and the winning books will move on to Round 2 (those books will be announced next Friday, May 8th).

Many congratulations go out to Smile by Raina Tegemeier for winning Sonntag's first annual Battle of the Books!! Smile received 57% of student votes. Thank you to all who participated. It will be amazing to see which books make the cut next year!
