Sonntag's Bluebonnet Winners!!!



The Sonntag Bluebonnet Readers came to our 5th annual Bluebonnet Voting Party to cast their votes! Well, the Voters have spoken. Check out the Sonntag winners below. Happy New Year, Readers!!! What does this mean for me? I am resolving to read even more this year! I was able to meet my goal of reading 350 books in 2014 (Happy dance!!). In 2015 I made my goal to read 365 books. Who wants to join me??  :)

Texas Bluebonnet Award Voting Party for eligible 3rd, 4th, & 5th graders will take place on Friday, January 23rd at 2:00 PM

What do you get when you cross a heartwarming story and monsters?? You get Patrick McDonnell's book The Monsters' Monster!! It is a wonderful story that teaches readers of all ages about the importance of being grateful

I have a new favorite book in the library. This book is not only hilarious but it is also a great book to use to teach about envy, teamwork and friendship. Also, if you LOVE books with unicorns, this book is for you. Happy reading! :)

Spring Scholastic Book Fair is Coming!



Mark your calendars, Sonntag Community! The spring Scholastic Book Fair is right around the corner. The Fair will open in the library on Monday, February 9th and will run through Friday, February 13th. Please click the CRAB below to find out more about regular shopping hours, shopping during Sonntag Science Night, and the Online Fair. More information will be sent home with your student(s) in the coming weeks We hope to see you there!
